Was considering getting a comparable stretcher for twice the price elsewhere but went with this one in 40x45. So glad I did. The hooks thread in and out so you can add extra weight at home, and take them out to wear all day. I wish there was a heavier option but it's great. Also got a 30x45 for the glans. Until I use my LeLuv pump as much as I would like it will eventually slip off, but it stays on great with a little silicone band to stretch everything out all day.
