The LeLuv® Ultima Rubber Grip Vacuum Pump Handle is designed to be light, colorful, and includes rubber-padded grips to fit comfortably in your hand. It combines premium craftsmanship with durability, pumping approximately 1 cubic inch per stroke and developing and holding up to 25" of vacuum (Mercury Hg). The pre-installed LeLuv® gauge makes it easy to confirm and maintain a safe level of vacuum. We include an embroidered, velvety storage bag with a drawstring to safely store the handle.
The LeLuv® Round Flange Cylinder is a thick 3mm, with a round-flanged opening. Imperial and metric measuring marks on either side are embossed into the clear acrylic, making them easy to see and use. No manufacturing seams are present on the untapered sides of this LeLuv® penis pump cylinder.
All LeLuv® penis vacuum pump cylinders come with our quick-disconnect fitting pre-installed, that holds the vacuum even after the pump hose is disconnected from the cylinder (when used with a LeLuv® or Eyro Quick-disconnect Male Fitting.)
First, the penis should be well lubricated and then inserted into the cylinder. The Ultima Handle is attached to the cylinder via the hose with it's pre-installed quick-release male fitting, and locking female fitting installed in the cylinder.

When using vacuum pumps, one should never proceed to the point where the suction causes pain or use for more than 10 to 15 minutes in a single session. Stop when the penis is only slightly larger than its normal erect size.
One of the key safety features for LeLuv® Pump Kits is the included release valve that allows for a quick release of the vacuum. Any time you want or need to release the vacuum, you can do so with this safety valve located on the Handle.
For added safety, LeLuv® recommends a handle with a vacuum gauge.
The best way to determine which cylinder size is right for you is to measure the circumference of your erect penis. The circumference is the circular distance around your penis.
If you do not have a measuring tape to do this, you can also use a string, shoelace or dental floss and wrap it loosely around the thickest part of your penis while in an erect state. Mark the string where it comes together and place the string out flat next to a ruler and measure the distance between the markings. This length is your penis circumference. Once you know your circumference, simply use this chart below to figure out which diameter we would recommend.
